It's here, VACATION!! So, Salem had about an inch of snow on Sunday, nearly cancelling the Christmas Play. This resulted in two days of icy roads and another storm coming in on Wednesday...however the storm didn't come until Thursday, sorta. I was going to drive up today (friday) to my parents house, however they have 11 inches of snow so my dad drove down and picked us up so I wouldn't have to drive up in snow, ice and sleet. Travis will follow on Sunday after his 'duties.' Pray that he makes it up safely.
It's so weird to have babysitters just lying around! I say, "Oh, it would be nice to take a nap." And I get, "Go take one now, I'll watch the kids." So nice.
Well I'd best be going...maybe I'll take that nap!
We are home, post is quite late!

That was so sweet of your Dad! I am sure glad you didn't have to drive by yourself in all that mess. Now you can relax and enjoy the time with your family. The babysitters is a nice bonus. Make sure you take advantage of that naptime. You deserve it!
