We got to go on a family day trip to the beach. The kids had a blast and would have stayed there all day. It took Isaiah a while to warm up to the idea of sand...he cried the first five minutes because he did not want to touch it. However, after smashing a few cup castles he started to enjoy it and by the end was running after seagulls and chasing down dogs. Yes, he would run after people walking their dogs yelling, "Doggie, doggie, doggie." Until they finally stopped to let him pet their dog. However, when it was time to pet the dog he was usually a bit scared and just wanted to point and yell at the thing, though he did ask to hug one of them. Yes, he was the laughing stock of the beach (in a 'that's so cute' way). Jeremiah made a pretend beach fire with all the sticks he found. He threw them in a hole--his hole. Lilly kinda flitted around, following Jeremiah for some of the time and mostly just building this and then playing with a different toy etc...Addie slept, whew. Poor baby was so tired from being sick. She's finally sleeping better and smiling all the time again. Here are a couple videos, hopefully they upload.
We are home, post is quite late!
