This year we, the kids and I, got to drive up to Yakima to visit Great Grandma Christine. Thankfully Grandma Joan and Aunt Stephanie were there and later Aunt Brianna and Grandpa Dan joined us...even with all the help and extra arms and eyes the kids managed to...have a bloody nose through the sheets and mattress pad, a blow out on a blanket, they used Great Grandma's shoe horn thing outside, spread dirt all over the patio, walked on the peach carpet with caked mud on their shoes, and sprayed shaving cream into the toilet....HOWEVER, as far as I know the remote was NOT lost!!! So, overall it was a success!
While I have no pictures right now, they're making their way here in the mail and let me tell you...I got to use my dad's camera so there are probably 1000 pictures, though most likely 200 really good ones. : ) I love being able to push the button and 'click' the photo is taken, no waiting around.
We got to go to an Easter Egg Hunt at a park where we ended up participating in two of the four rounds due to a small amount of children! Yippy, I like small amounts of children. Jeremiah was so kind, he placed eggs in a little girls' basket because she didn't have a whole lot. Isaiah helped another little kid pick up their eggs that spilled. I love my kids.
