Disapointment

Well, today we went down to the rental in Jefferson with the intention of having a new couple who has viewed the house sign papers to move in. They're waiting on a VA check or something from the military so we said we could wait on last month rent and deposit, but they could start moving in February 1st. Unfortuantly, they feel like it wouldn't be responsible to start renting until they have all the money in hand. Can't blame them there, but it would have eased my stress to have their money. : ) So, they still should be set to move in March 1st. I'm going to take that as we have one month to sell the house. So if you know of anybody wanting to buy a house in Jefferson, let us know! It's close to Albany and Salem and has the best kitchen a reasonably sized home can have!
