The Pumpkin Fairy

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Isaiah working on our 'Skeletoni' project.

Jeremiah was an astronaut.

Isaiah was Dash from the Incredibles.

Little Red Riding Hood says, "The wolf ate my grandma!"

The farmer and his wife!

Our cute little herd.

She wasn't so sure about the scary house!

So, there is Halloween in pictures! We had a blast and got home too late! Because we got home so late, we had to ask the Pumpkin Fairy to come the next day. Oh, you don't know about the Pumpkin Fairy? Well, on Halloween you sort your candy and keep some. We kept enough for one piece every day until Thanksgiving. Then, you set your bucket/bag containing the rest of the candy on the table or the foot of your bed and during the night the Pumpkin Fairy comes and exchanges the candy for some trinkets. My kids got notebooks, crayons, p.j.'s, stickers and a little doll (no, they didn't get all of that, but at least one kid got those items). Oh, and the Pumpkin Fairy left some for the Operation Shoe Boxes that the kids just put together.

Up next...a pictorial of the Pumpkin Smash, in which Jeremiah wrestled!
